Thank you for your strong response and engagement as we continue moving forward with our gate system transition. We truly appreciate the time you’ve taken to submit your information and support this process.

At this time, we are actively reviewing all responses received. Due to the high level of participation, our team is currently working through data validation and clean-up to ensure accuracy before uploading everything into the new system.

As a reminder, the gates will remain open during this transition period. Once the data upload is complete, you can expect to receive a follow-up email directly from Cell-Gate. This communication will include step-by-step instructions on how to:

• Access your account
• Set up the mobile app
• Begin managing visitors and gate access

We appreciate your patience as we work through these important steps to ensure a smooth and successful rollout.
