Gates Update [June 8, 2026]

Dear Epperson South Homeowners,

We are excited to share that our gate system partner, Envera, will be on-site in the community to meet with residents and help ensure a smooth and successful transition to our new gate access system.

This is a great opportunity to receive hands-on assistance, ask questions, and confirm your access to the new system.  Be sure if you are a new renter to have your rental agreement, and if you are a new homeowner, please have your purchase agreement.

 Meeting Location: TOT Lot

 Envera Onsite Schedule:

• Friday, July 24: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday, July 25: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Saturday, July 25: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

During these sessions, Envera and community representatives will:

• Distribute two (2) RFID stickers to each homeowner household
• Assist residents with accessing and setting up the new gate app
• Answer questions regarding gate access and visitor management
• Help ensure residents are prepared for the transition to the new system

We would like to sincerely thank our residents for your patience, cooperation, and support throughout this process. Your participation has been instrumental in helping us move this project forward, and we appreciate the positive engagement we have received from the community.

Our residents are the heart of Epperson South, and your partnership during this transition has been invaluable. We are excited about the enhanced functionality and convenience this new system will provide and look forward to continuing to work together to make our community even better.
