Dear Epperson South Homeowners,
We are excited to share that our gate system partner, Envera, will be on-site in the community to meet with residents and help ensure a smooth and successful transition to our new gate access system.
This is a great opportunity to receive hands-on assistance, ask questions, and confirm your access to the new system. Be sure if you are a new renter to have your rental agreement, and if you are a new homeowner, please have your purchase agreement.
Meeting Location: TOT Lot
Envera Onsite Schedule:
- Friday, July 24: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday, July 25: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Saturday, July 25: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
During these sessions, Envera and community representatives will:
- Distribute two (2) RFID stickers to each homeowner household
- Assist residents with accessing and setting up the new gate app
- Answer questions regarding gate access and visitor management
- Help ensure residents are prepared for the transition to the new system
