Notice of October 7 Gate Closure

Dear Residents,

The gates will be closed effective Wednesday October 7th 2026.  If you have not received your two (2) complimentary RFID tags, the primary method access to the gates will be the CellGate app.  If you have not been set up on the CellGate app, please submit your request at https://campussuite.forms-db.com/view.php?id=914424>. Should you need a Password Reset or have any other questions please contact Cherdonna Epps-Gardner at [email protected]

During the October CDD meeting on Monday October 5th 2026, during the rates discussion, we will provide the cost for additional stickers, and we will provide the mailing cost if you have not received your free RFID tags.
