Thank you all for your continued collaboration as we move closer to launching the new gate system. Here is a clear recap of key updates and outlines the next steps to ensure a smooth transition for everyone.
Key Updates & Next Steps:
1. Multi-Property Access (Cell Gate App):
Residents who use Cell Gate at multiple properties (including Tansy Bend) will need to switch between properties within the app to manage and grant access. This will be required for all applicable users.
2. Tansy Bend Guest Access:
Due to the configuration of the community gates, Tansy Bend residents will need to provide guests with two QR codes to enter through both access points.
3. Go-Live Timing:
Gate system “Go Live” is targeted for the week of April 27. Gates will remain open until the week of May 4th. If you were unable to register using the prior Google form and were not in contact with your CDD Supervisor, Cherdonna, you will need to review the CDD Page or email Cherdonna at [email protected]. If you are not pre-registered in the application and do not have a clicker, hang pass, or sticker, your seamless experience could be interrupted.
4. Resident Access at Go-Live:
At go-live, homeowners and residents will receive full system access, including the ability to manage additional household members. (Initial communications were limited to one owner and one tenant per household.)
