We’re excited to share the next step in our gate system upgrade process. Many of you may have noticed over the past several weeks that our new gate provider has begun work within the community, and we’re making great progress toward launching the updated system across our Epperson Blvd, Olive Brook, and Yale Harbor gates.
To help ensure you remain connected and can transition seamlessly to the new access system, we’re now beginning the process of collecting resident information. Important:
· One form should be completed for each home/location.
· Homeowners may need to collaborate with tenants to ensure all required information is included.
Once forms are submitted, here’s what you can expect next:
· Data consolidation and import into the new system (approximately 1–2 weeks)
· A separate email invitation to access the system, including instructions and FAQs tailored to the information you provided
· Final confirmation from the CDD Board once the system is active and ready for community use
